Just a quick update: It appears Barbara Farris took down the "Project H4O" website. She was claiming attempts to open a concentration camp for sex offenders, complete with color coded ID cards (likely triangular in shape), and was charging $40 for the privilege of entering a concentration camp run by a psycho vigilante.

This is Laurel Stafford from Portland, OR. She has been gathering info on Registrants and harassing them, forcing them out of their homes and places of employment. Abuse of the registry is illegal so she should be reported immediately to the proper authorities.

On Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012, KATU of Portland, OR featured a fear-mongering article called "The Sex Offender Next Door," your typical scare article attacking Oregon's policy of only listing "Tier 3/ High Risk" registrants. The reporter, Anna Canzano, apparently added a Facebook page to get feedback on her unethical article. She's a real piece of work but that's a story for a different day. So anyways, Laurel adds the following comment to this Facebook Page.

It is obvious she is breaking Oregon law by moving to have two registrants evicted from her neighborhood. This is clearly explained on the Oregon Sex Offender Registry website:

The Examiner is a website that allows individuals the chance to pretend they are real journalists. They pay nominal fees to popular writers on a variety of subjects. A few weeks ago, a woman by the name of Dev Meyers, who is normally listed as a "National Cannabis Revolution Examiner," transformed herself into a "sex offender examiner." Maybe she was high on the cannabis when she decided to start writing on sex offender issues.

I wouldn't care if she didn't have this annoying habit of misspelling words like "Innocence" and making outlandish statements like the one above. But if that isn't enough, she accuses her detractors of being registered sex offenders, which got her in so much trouble, she eventually got her account deleted. Well, the SO Examiner account. But what do you expect from a pothead examiner who actually believes Casey Anthony is out to get her?

Too bad she recently decided to re-post her silly articles under "Mary 'Mother' Hubbard." She's a real mother alright, if you get my drift:

There is no place in society for half-cocked vigilante with a loaded gun, and stories like this illustrate just why the focus on sex crimes in society should be re-evaluated. When someone is accused of a sex crime, people feel it is open season on them. Somehow it is seen as okay to shoot blindly into a building of the accused. Mother Is Charged In Mistaken Child Molester Shooting

Affidavit: Tarrara Garcia Believed Intended Target Molested Her Son

GREELEY, Colo. -- Prosecutors have filed two counts of attempted murder against a Greeley woman accused of shooting one man and firing 27 bullets at another man whom police believe was her intended target.
The Greeley Tribune reported that 25-year-old Tarrara Garcia will also face two sentence enhancers of committing a violent crime using a weapon.
It started when a grandmother called Greeley Police on Christmas night and said her grandson had been sexually assaulted.
A police officer said he took the boy and his mother to the Medical Center of the Rockies for an exam. The officer said on the way to the hospital, Garcia asked if she could borrow his duty rifle "because she wanted to go shoot the person who touched her son," according to the incident report obtained by 7NEWS.
The shooting happened four days later at an apartment in Kersey. Investigators said Garcia suspected her intended target had sexually assaulted her son on Dec. 25. That man, who has denied the allegations, was not hurt, but 51-year-old John Collins was shot in the leg and hip.
Weld County Undersheriff Margie Martinez confirmed the intended victim was in the apartment at the time of the shooting, but was not hurt. Three other adults and three children were also in the apartment -- but no one else was hurt by the spray of gunfire.
The intended target told investigators he was in a chair next to the victim who was shot. He told police when the shooting started, he ran to the kitchen.
"The investigation revealed Garcia was handling justice on her own in regards to a sex assault incident that was reported to Greeley Police Department four days prior to the shooting," said Weld County Undersheriff Margie Martinez.
Garcia's friend, Khanh Tran, of Commerce City, was arrested on suspicion of being an accessory to a crime. Tran told police Garcia called him on Dec. 29 and asked him to meet her. Tran told police he felt Garcia was going to go stab the person accused of sexually assaulting her son, according to the incident report.
Garcia asked Tran to wait for her, and when she returned, Tran said she had a gun with her and that she said she "saw him through the window and 'shot him,' " according to the incident report.
Tran said when Garcia went to bed, he took the rifle, magazine and ammunition and put them in trash bins.
Tran is free on bond. Garcia remains jailed under a $500,000 bond.

Vigilante blogger Danielle Schneider claims legal victory over her target

When people take the law into their own hands, whether online or in real life, they tend to get away with it, like when Kruska's lawsuit against perverted Justice experienced a setback for many years. So I'm not surprised to see Danielle Schneider gloating over her legal victory, getting away with harassment because her victim is an alleged sex offender. Considering how little these cyber-crimes get punished, I'm not surprised she is allowed to continue. She also proudly gloats her blog will stay "AS-IS." Well, so will my blog. Hopefully there will be an appeal to a higher court, so she might want to keep a cork on that wine-in-a-box (technically, if you buy wine in a box, it isn't corked, but that is a story for a different day. However, you'd think she'd spell Darrell Cochran's name right (she spelled it COCKran, I kid you not). No relation to Johnny Cochran, who would've shredded this vigilante in court. Darrell Cochran is apparently some defender of people like Schneider, who feel she is above the law. The other attorney, Talis M. Abolins, ironically lists "civil rights" as a field of expertise. Really? If online harassment and defamation now a civil right? I suppose that will be the official AZU excuse for the 3 am phone calls.

Shame on both of these lame excuses of attorneys; it was not a matter of Schneider being allegedly victimized, but an issue of her harassment and meting extralegal punishment. If by chance Rojas reads this, appeal this decision. Lower courts don't amount to shit.

NBC Isn't Off the Hook for Trap on 'Predator'

     (CN) - A man targeted in an episode of NBC's "To Catch a Predator" can proceed with a lawsuit against the network, a federal judge ruled.
     Anurag Tiwari was busted by the show in 2006 after coming to a home with the intention of meeting a 13-year-old girl he met on the Internet. The "girl" was actually an adult decoy used by the show to lure child predators in and around the town of Petaluma, Calif., north of San Francisco.
     Tiwari filed suit against NBC Universal, claiming the network violated his Fourth Amendment rights through actions amounting "to a seizure that intruded on his privacy rights and the seizure was unreasonable because it was conducted 'in a manner to cause humiliation to [Mr Tiwari] with no legitimate law enforcement purpose or objective.'"
     NBC sought relief under the First Amendment, claiming that the show's production and broadcast are intertwined and therefore protected.
     U.S. District Judge Edward Chen disagreed Tuesday, finding that the network has no basis to dismiss since Tiwari's allegations stem from NBC's conduct not its broadcast, which is protected speech.
     The 22 page order also allows Tiwari to claim that NBC violated his right to due process by airing the program before he'd been tried or convicted of a crime. The First Amendment does not "automatically [insulate NBC] from liability," Chen wrote. "At this juncture of the proceedings, the court cannot say that, as a matter of law, the balance in this case weighs in favor of NBC."
     NBC did succeed in striking the defamation portion of Tiwari's complaint because of statute of limitations, but Chen said Tiwari could proceed with his claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress.
     Tiwari was charged with two felony counts stemming from his appearance on "To Catch a Predator," both of which were dismissed. He was eventually charged by the Sonoma County district attorney with two other misdemeanors. He was acquitted of one, and the other was reduced to an infraction when he pleaded no contest in a plea deal in 2010.

Cincinnati City Councilwoman takes a page out of the Perverted-Justice playbook

This entry has nothing to do with sex offender issues. However, I've had my own personal experience with a certain local councilwoman so this story is still a perfect fit for this blob since it involves cyberbullying. This is, after all, a cyber-crime blog.

Like many other cities, Cincinnati has an "Occupy" movement camp. I haven't been a part of it, more the casual observer, but I support their efforts. Despite whether you agree with them or not, they are for the most part protected by the US Constitution.

One of the biggest critics of the local Occupy movement is my old ~~evil bitchy pigheaded bimbo nemesis~~, er, "friend" Leslie Ghiz, who just happens to be running for re-election. As a local rich powerful pol in this fair town, she's not happy at the Occupy movement, which has taken to protesting in Piatt/ Garfield park, which apparently is just outside her richy rich law office. So instead of catering to her constituents, she's decided to borrow the Perverted-Justice playbook and published the addresses of some of those in the Occupy Movement:

There is no other reason to do such a thing unless she intends to bring harm upon those she does not agreement. For those of you who have stumbled upon this article and wondering what's the big deal, just read some of my articles here. I've been harassed, threatened, and attacked from crazy individuals thanks in part from public disclosure of my address, along with reports tying me to stuff that's not true (kind of like the stereotype Occupiers are all lazy jobless hippies). Hell, that's the reason I created this blog in the first place.

There was already one attack against a peaceful protestor in Cincinnati recently. I'm pretty sure Ghiz cheered that one.

No new jail time in Hopewell sex offender hit-and-run case
HOPEWELL _ A 20-year-old man accused of trying to run over a convicted sex offender as he fled on a moped entered a plea today that calls for no additional jail time, an agreement that was angrily denounced by the victim.

Daniel R. Narron of Hopewell pleaded guilty in Hopewell Circuit Court to attempted unlawful wounding, a felony, and to disorderly conduct and hit and run, both misdemeanors.
Approving the terms of the agreement, Judge Samuel E. Campbell sentenced Narron to five years for the felony and 12 months for each misdemeanor charge, but the judge suspended all of the jail time. Narron, who has spent about 11 months in jail, was expected to be released today.
Also today, three co-defendants entered pleas to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and failure to report an accident. Each was convicted and told the charges would be dismissed after one year if the defendants remain on good behavior.
Those defendants are Damon J. Silvestro of Colonial Heights and Eric B. Harris and Thomas W. McCall, both of Hopewell.
After today’s proceedings, the victim in the case, Rudolph Ellis, 54, criticized the plea agreement for Narron, saying, “I was running for my life. That young man tried to kill me. This whole thing is a joke.”
Ellis also excoriated the Hopewell Police Department, saying they refused to pursue an investigation and that officers had harassed him.
Hopewell Commonwealth’s Attorney Rick Newman said after the hearing that he turned over the investigation to Virginia State Police because “the police department didn’t do anything.”
Asked if he knew why the police took no action, Newman said, “I have no idea.”
The incident occurred Oct. 16, 2010. Since then, Hopewell has hired a new police chief, John Keohane, a former high-ranking Richmond police official. The former chief, Steven D. Martin, had a contentious relationship with Newman.
A phone message left at the police department today was not immediately returned.
Ellis has testified that he was confronted at a convenience store and that, after cursing back, he left on his moped and soon found himself being chased by Narron and his three companions.
At one point, Ellis darted through some trees and behind a house in an effort to lose them, but his pursuers didn't give up, he said. As Ellis darted across Hill Avenue to get to a friend's house, he said, his moped was struck from behind and he fell to the ground uninjured. The suspects then drove away, he said.
Narron’s attorney, James Maloney, told the judge today that Narron had only been trying to scare Ellis and had not meant to strike him. He said the moped had shot out from behind a house in front of Narron’s vehicle.
“He has never been in trouble before this,” Maloney said of his client.
The attorney added that the incident represents a momentary, alcohol-fueled lapse in judgment and that Narron has taken full responsibility for his actions.

AZU: The Little Engine That Couldn't

Once upon a time, there was a little engine called "Absolute Zero United." It was a small pitiful engine looking for a little attention any way they can get it.

One day, the driver this engine, codenamed "Stitches 77," said, "I know how I can continue to hurt others and gain approval from the people. I'll find some other group to target. By focusing on others rather than our own faults, I can gain fame, acceptance, and even money."

It settled on people convicted of sex offenses because they are an easy target. Surely no one will take up for them, right?

That is what the Engine thought until it found the website of one who had the audacity to speak up about the wrongfulness of laws targeting people who have served their sentences and deserve an opportunity to be a productive member of the community. Here she is, a mother of four children, whose children were suffering the consequences of badly devised laws. The audacity. So the little engine said, "I think I can ruin her life. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can..." So i began harassing this woman. It made fun of her. It threatened her. It published her address. It bragged about this crime on it's website day and night. It bragged about hurting her family. But then the woman fought back. She filed a federal lawsuit, and little engine became afraid. Oh shit!

Then a TV personality got wind of this story. "Just what I wanted," cried this little engine. "I'm going to be on TV! I think I can jump start my career with this publicity. I think I can, I think I can...." The engine was so happy, it drank and smoked crack to excess, so much so that when the engine got its time on TV, it was obviously wasted and make a complete ass of itself on national television. The little Engine looked even dumber.

The little Engine found more and more people willing to speak up. They were going to have a rally in Ohio! What to do, what to do! 'I know!" said the pathetic Engine. "I think I can bully these people into submission. I think I can, I think I can..." So this Engine found some biker wannabes and some other vigilantes to try to scare the rally attendants. But it didn't work. The little Engine and friends were outnumbered and confronted by the rally-goers. They went home defeated again.

So now these rally-goers started a growing movement to reach out to others being abused by people like this engine. Websites and groups sprung up all over the internet. The little Engine said, "They don't have a right to their opinions. I think I can scare them away from activism. I think I can, I think I can..." So it started harassing the bloggers. It created a fake Wiki site. It spread nasty lies. But their victims continued to fight back and grow stronger. Some even took the fight directly to them. The Engine began to lose steam. The engine became paranoid schizophrenic, accusing everyone from Patty Wetterling to Barack Obama to the Pope were all some massive conspiracy of "pedo sympathizers." It backfired. People slammed them in chatrooms, again and again and again and again.In desperation, they even added their sworn enemy to their ranks, which made them an even bigger laughing stock among their peers.

The little Engine slowly realized it was a failure at life. Ms. Farris still owes my small company serious money for work done in conjunction with the supposed “kick off” of Bee Aware in June 2009. We poured heart and soul into the work that was done for her “organization” and were promised that she had “contacts” in place that would launch a national tour, and make this a “multi-million dollar enterprise.”

Her criminal past includes grand theft larceny, (2nd degree) one exceeding $25000 Okaloosa County, Fl. and (3rd degree) one exceeding $10,000 Orange County, Fl. thefts. 1 conviction was grand theft auto. Waiting on the details for the other felony. She has passed numerous bad checks / restitution orders in Okaloosa & Orange County over the years. Most of those, she's left unpaid.

Who is this person, you ask? This is David Rowe, the self-proclaimed leader of a small vigilante group called "No Peace For Predators." The group's goal is "That the Sexual Predator becomes Exposed, Exiled, and ultimately, Extinct." They were founded in 2009 as a response to the Somer Thompson case, so they claim on their FB page:

Tuesday, five years after appearing on NBC Dateline's “To Catch a Predator,” 26-year-old Joseph Roisman of Watsonville was acquitted of charges of attempting to have sex with an online decoy posing as a 13-year-old girl from Petaluma.

He is the only one of 29 men prosecuted in the 2006 sting to beat the rap.

“I’m ready to move on with my life,” Roisman said outside the courtroom following proceedings. “Hopefully the service will take me back,” he said of his desire to continue his military career.

His mother, Deborah Roisman of Watsonville, shouted, “Woo woo!” as Judge Arthur Wick ordered the case thrown out after six days of trial testimony, and later had harsh words for those involved in the TV show that implicated her son.

She said she and her pediatrician husband spent more than $100,000 defending their son. She vowed to sue NBC producers and called the sting a “huge waste” of tax money.

“They made my son’s life a living hell for five years,” she said.

A Dateline spokeswoman, Amy Lynn, did not return a call seeking comment.

In reaching his decision, Wick found prosecutors had not proven Roisman had “specific intent” to commit the crime - attempting lewd acts with a child under age 14.

He also criticized the tactics used by Dateline’s partner, online watchdog Perverted Justice, whom he suggested lacked credibility and engaged in entrapment.

“The axiom, ‘Actions speak louder than words,’ clearly does not apply in this case,” Wick said from the bench.

Wick stopped the trial and issued the verdict without the defense team presenting its case and before consideration by the jury....

Turer argued it was Perverted Justice officials who steered the conversation toward sex. Although Roisman was told the girl’s age, he was doubtful because of her mature-sounding voice and sophisticated talk, Turer said.

“This case is the poster child for the abuse in this program,” Turer said after the acquittal. “They took everything away from this kid just to make a TV show.”....

Sonoma County jurors leaving the courthouse Tuesday said they were not impressed by the Southern California-based group's methods. Windsor bank teller Kathleen Kerckhoff said they obviously induced Roisman to act the way he did. She said she would have found him not guilty if the case had come to the jury.

“I don't have any respect for Perverted Justice after this trial,” she said. “I think they do have quotas. They have an agenda. It was the right resolution.”

In all, prosecutors obtained convictions on 27 defendants. Sentences ranged from probation to nine months in jail.

But now Chris Hansen has found himself on the receiving end of his own hidden camera tactics, after the married NBC anchor was secretly filmed on an illicit date with a blonde television reporter 20 years his junior.

Miss Caddell, who was once an intern with NBC in New York, introduced herself to Hansen in the VIP area, and 'there was an immediate physical attraction between them', according to the source.

The source alleged: 'Chris and Kristyn got on so well that she ended up going back to his room at The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach - and later boasted to pals about staying the night with him.'

The couple have allegedly continued to meet up in Miami and Palm Beach over the last few months, with Miss Caddell and her friends even flying to New York to spend a weekend boating with Hansen, the Enquirer reports.

Kristyn's hair was dishevelled as if she'd just rolled out of bed.'

Here they are attacking SOSEN CEO Mary Duval, a TRUE hero in every sense of the word, after a long battle with illness.

(1) A person is guilty of harassment if:

(a) Without lawful authority, the person knowingly threatens:

(b) The person by words or conduct places the person threatened in reasonable fear that the threat will be carried out. "Words or conduct" includes, in addition to any other form of communication or conduct, the sending of an electronic communication.

(2)(a) Except as provided in (b) of this subsection, a person who harasses another is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.

Intent -- 1999 c 27: "It is the intent of chapter 27, Laws of 1999 to clarify that electronic communications are included in the types of conduct and actions that can constitute the crimes of harassment and stalking. It is not the intent of the legislature, by adoption of chapter 27, Laws of 1999, to restrict in any way the types of conduct or actions that can constitute harassment or stalking." [1999 c 27 § 1.]
This disclaimer is also on the sheriff's office websites around the state of Washington:

I don't make assumptions. I read the law.

No matter how Schneider feels about Rojas, the bottom line is what she is doing fits the bill for harassment. I cannot support such actions. There is a reason her story is posted on this blog, which focuses primarily on cyber-harassment. Schneider and her followers, like "mssparky," another damned special interest crime blogger (and my loyal readers know how I feel about wannabe crime analysts), have filled my comment board with insults and excuses for her criminal behavior. I can't believe they're still crying because I didn't post their juvenile comments, but that's a beef for a different day. The fact remains that the Rojas family has a valid argument whether Schneider likes it or not.

Someone sent me a few choice quotes Schneider posted on Facebook.

Since the abuse in my family occurred, I've noticed that individuals that harm animals seem to get harsher legal consequences than those who harm/sexually abuse children, can the statistic be looked into for this.

Schneider wants to dent someone accused of a crime to be considered guilty until proven innocent and treated as automatically guilty. Have people forgot it is supposed to be INNOCENT until PROVEN GUILTY? Have we forgotten about false allegations? It happens.

Schneider: I DO NOT BELIEVE a P**** can be cured...althou gh I do believe in a God of miracles, I WOULD NOT be willing to risk an innocent child to test if a convicted p***** has been "healed" would you?

It is hard to read such things without reasonably concluding you are willing to put a slant on your arguments favoring your opinion. I wonder if her God shares her opinion?

Schneider: The recidivism rate comment could be argued. Lots and lots of abuse is not reported!

Who is assuming now? A recent New York state study found 95% of sex crime arrests were of first timers. The recidivism rate is consistently low. Yes it can be argued, but like many comments Schneider makes, it is based upon conjecture and assumption.

I agree with the above statement...of course some are unjustly punished (life is not fare![sic]) In any criminal conviction there is the potential for errors. BUT I do believe that sentences for sexual crimes are not equal to the damage done. THAT is why I suggested that you look into the stats for other crimes that although are bad, in my opinion, don't damage individuals the same as a sexual crime. I THINK THE BIGGEST QUESTION SHOULD BE, WHAT DO WE VALUE AS A SOCIETY? and DO OUR LAWS REFLECT THAT. Yes, I am bias BUT one could argue I have personal experience and that SHOULD make my opinion matter!

Well I have personal experience too, as a victim of cyberstalking and vigilantism. She admits to bias. Bias means she is incapable of looking at things objectively. Bias justifies illicit actions, like running a blog that mixes a few fact with some baseless conjecture. Well I'm a bit biased against my ex but I know the difference between speaking about proven facts and spreading rumors. The fact remains Schneider is inflicting pain and her own brand of justice on another person.

I really don't care about this case. I merely blogged about it as another bad example of a vigilante feeling justified. Is Schneider a member of the criminal justice system? Doubt it. One of her screen name is fitting -- Totally Cracker. It fits her quite nicely.

Another wonderful example of Schneider's wonderful bias:

B***** wedding. I believe the wedding is to take place in Virginia, May 7th at a Sovereign Grace church : KingsWay Community Church. Some of the R**** family members that have been in the UK are in the United States, RIGHT NOW for the wedding! If you attend the wedding you may even get to meet ****, the convicted level 2 sex offender, whom is suing me because I continue to tell our story.

If you see E*** R*** please call your local authorities and tell them that there is a felony warrant in Washington state for ***** aka***. The police can handle it from there. Can you imagine marrying into this family?

Benjamin is on the witness list to testify on behalf of P*** and J*** lawsuit against myself and my husband. Not sure that this apple has fallen too far from the tree.

I'd love to hear what she meant by that last line. Another example of Schneider's conjecture:

There is also a wanted felon that is all twisted up in our story (E*****) shouldn't I do everything within reason to locate him? Especially because he has children with him that are most likely the victims of childhood sexual abuse.

At least she admits she's again assuming something. It sounds like she's implying the family is full of child abusers. The fact she says this on a blog gives more merit to the lawsuit against her, along with gratuitous use of the terms "predator" and "pedophile." I wonder if she cares her comments may be the only thing hurting the children?

Someone recently brought up a good point I should relate here. This is what I've referred to as keeping someone in victim mode. Instead of starting the healing process for the sake of the Rojas's victim, Schneider decides to obsess, to pick at the scab. After all, people think it is wrong to overcome the abuse. I could even question the motivation to ask constantly for funds. She says she has a FB page to beg for more money. I wonder if she was encouraged by the support Angry Tammy Gibson got for her unprovoked attack on a Level 3 registrant. Its the same location, it was high profile, and the time Schneider began blogging coincides with the outcome of the Gibson case. Jesus stated Love of Money was the root of all evil. It also makes a good motivator for a struggling mother with SIX kids.

Think I'm wrong? Well sue me, Danielle. Maybe I'll start a legal defense fund too.

TACOMA, Wash. -- A Tacoma mother says her family is going broke fighting a legal battle against a man convicted of victimizing their child.

A sex offender, Patrick Rojas, is suing the mother for negative comments she made about him on her blog. Rojas, 26, was convicted four years ago of inappropriate contact with Danielle Schneider's 11-year-old child.

Danielle spends her days cleaning, cooking and caring for her family, but at night when all six of her kids are asleep, she says she blogs about him.

"His story became my story when he chose to abuse my child," Danielle said. "I just felt if I could save one child from being abused, I could take being vulnerable and sharing my story," she said.

But sharing her story has come at a price. Rojas is now suing Danielle for $60,000. He says she's slandering his name. Now mounting legal bills and counseling for their daughter has left Danielle's family almost broke. "My husband and I have had to go to food banks," Danielle said.

KING 5 News spoke with Mike Davis, Rojas' attorney, who said he tried to come to some sort of compromise with the Schneiders before filing a lawsuit. He says there are many details on the site that are private information and simply not true. He also says Rojas served his time and has gone to counseling. Davis hopes to come to an agreement with the family before this goes to trial in December.

A mentally impaired Oklahoma City man was held down and shocked in the genitals with a stun gun April 17 while his attackers forcibly tattooed the word “RAPEST” on his forehead, police reported.

The attackers also forcibly tattooed “I like little boys” on the man's chest, police reported.

“It hurt,” Stetson Johnson, 18, recalled Tuesday. “I was, like, ‘Why is this going on? … Why is this happening to me?' They was, like, ‘Just shut up.'

“They just put it on there,” Johnson said. “They was, like, ‘This is what you're going to get and you're going to walk around with this … ' I tried to push my way off of them and they kept on holding me down harder.”

Johnson was taken to Eagle Lake in Del City after being tattooed, police said. There, his hands were taped together. He then was beaten in the arms and head with a baseball bat until he was unconscious, Del City police detective David Abel said.

Johnson stumbled bleeding to a nearby trailer park for help after waking up from the assault, police reported. “I walked … probably about a mile. I crawled and walked. I was, like, ‘I don't think I'll be able to survive,'” Johnson said.

He spent days in a hospital in intensive care.

In jail are four suspects, Richard Lynn Dellert, 31, of Irving, Texas; Zachary Chase Provence, 21, of Midwest City; Kimberly Sue Vergara, 25, of Midwest City; and Lorena Amanda Hodges, 33, of Oklahoma City. A judge has denied bail.

“There's a potential for several more arrests,” said a Del City police spokesman, Capt. Jody Suit.

Johnson and his mother were moving Tuesday from their southwest Oklahoma City home for safety reasons. “I don't want no harm to my family or me or anybody else. … They know where I stay at,” he said.

Johnson has covered up “RAPEST,” apparently a misspelling of “rapist,” with a tattoo resembling a bar code. His mother, Lucy Ford, said she intends to get her son's tattoos removed eventually.

Johnson said he had become friends with Vergara four or five days before his assault. He said he had stayed with her. He said he believes he was attacked first by her former boyfriend.

His recall of the attack differs in some points from what the police investigation determined. He said Tuesday he was attacked at Vergara's house. Police said he had stayed with Vergara but was assaulted and tattooed at the Oklahoma City home of Hodges' mother. Police said Vergara took him there.

Police identified Dellert as a tattoo artist who also is known as Buddha. Police seized four tattoo guns, nine tattoo needles and 17 bottles of tattoo ink from him April 26 in Midwest City.

Detective Abel reported both women admitted they used a stun gun to shock Johnson in the genitals. He reported the women said Provence was the one who struck the victim at the lake with a baseball bat.

One of the women claims Johnson tried to rape her, police and a prosecutor said.

“There was no evidence to support that,” said Suit, the Del City police spokesman. “But, even if there was, the proper action is to make a police report, not take matters into your own hands.”

Police and the victim's relatives say Johnson has a diminished mental capacity that existed before the beating.

Remember ‘To Catch a Predator’, the awful festival of horror and shame from Dateline NBC that briefly captured America’s heart in the mid-aughts? We thought we’d check in with the creepy internet vigilantes behind it, and guess what? They’re broke.

“To Catch a Predator” was a series of Dateline internet stings where fake 13-year-old girls and boys would lure would-be statutory rapists to fake houses set up by NBC News. Instead of the promised pre-teens, they’d encounter NBC News correspondent Chris Hansen, who would explore their awfulness and berate them in an interview before sending them out the door and into the arms of awaiting cops.

For a while, it was the best thing NBC had going, beating The Office and matching The Apprentice in ratings in 2006. Then one of the caught predators shot himself in the head while NBC News cameras waited outside his home, and people started to wonder whether reveling in the sickness and criminality of damaged people whose crimes were hypothetical and who wouldn’t have even been there if NBC hadn’t lured them there was really such a good idea. The network pulled the plug in 2008.

The stings were conducted by Perverted Justice, a loosely organised online vigilante outfit founded by a Portland man named Phillip John Eide in 2003. Eide – who changed his name to Xavier von Erck in 2006 – and his volunteers initially just documented the predators they caught and exposed them online, but soon they started working with law enforcement and local TV stations. When NBC News took them national, the network paid Perverted Justice more than $US100,000 per sting. “Von Erck” was an odd partner for a national news organisation – he looked like Kevin Smith, called the civilian victims of al Qaeda “shameless and pathetic” on his blog, and once pretended to be a woman to seduce an online enemy in an attempt to ruin him. All told, NBC News paid him somewhere in the neighbourhood of $US1.2 million between 2006 and 2009.

Where did the money go? Back in 2006, “Von Erck” had big plans for his franchise. He founded a nonprofit called Perverted Justice Foundation Inc. to receive NBC’s funds, and hoped to apply them to the tax-exempt goal of “promot[ing] internet safety” and helping cops “apprehend internet based sexual predators”.

In 2006, according to PJFI’s application for tax-exempt status, he predicted that NBC would pay the foundation $US2 million in consulting fees by 2008, and that it would soon be raising hundreds of thousands of dollars from major corporate donors like Wal-Mart and Microsoft. It planned to develop special software to help parents monitor their kids’ internet usage. It hoped to send its members on speaking tours to spread the word about predators and to publish guides and brochures for parents and kids. PJFI set up a web site and started paying “Von Erck,” treasurer Dennis Kerr, and secretary Allison Shea $US120,000 annual salaries. Shea and Kerr were active volunteers for Perverted Justice prior to the NBC deal; Shea, who also goes by the name Del Harvey, is now Twitter’s “director of trust and safety.”

The NBC money dried up sooner than expected, and corporate donors never emerged. In 2009, according to PJFI’s tax return, the group had a whopping $US2148 in income and $US10,368 in cash on hand at the end of the year. While Perverted Justice as a group still conducts untelevised stings and claims convictions of predators—their 542nd, they say, was convicted on Tuesday—the foundation is obviously nonfunctional. Its “programs” are little more than apparently defunct web sites—howtodealwithcreepypeople.com, for instance, purports to help teens deal with abuse and hasn’t been updated since 2008. The Perverted Justice Academy, which supposedly trains law enforcement in how to conduct stings on its own, is “conducted online in our own private law enforcement training chat rooms.” Each course lasts an hour.

All told, the Perverted Justice Foundation spent more than $US1,202,739 in from 2006 to 2009 in pursuit of its tax-exempt goals. Of that, an astonishing 82% – $984,233 – went to salaries. Almost all of it – $783,000 – went to “Von Erck”, Kerr and Shea.

Over the course of four years, the foundation spent just $US218,506 on things other than employees. More than $US50,000 of that went to “travel and entertainment”. Another $US13,766 went to “equipment”, and nearly $US29,000 went to “website”. In other words, “Von Erck” basically set up a nonprofit to accept NBC News’ money and spent it on himself, his friends, and his web site. Rather than use the money to build a long-lasting institution that might help people – or at least spark more paedophile suicides – he blew through it, and now he’s got about ten grand left.

“Von Erck” didn’t return an email seeking comment. A message left on the foundation’s voicemail wasn’t returned.

Paraplegic faces jail in violent citizen’s arrest

Why do people continue to take the law into their own hands rather than let the police do their jobs? I'm sure this guy will get off Scott-free of course, but at least he was arrested for assault. I'm not defending his victim's wrongdoing in saying this, but allegations are just that-- allegations. That is a job for the Criminal Justice system, not every armchair vigilante out there, to determine guilt or innocence. Even though dealing with this guy in prison will cost taxpayers a fortune in medical costs, I'm all for locking another vigilante up in the name of public safety.

I find it hard to believe he didn't mean to assault the guy. He could have called the police and had them arrest the man at his home. Sorry but something smells funnier than the typical old man scent of ben-gay and moth balls. This sounds a lot like intentional assault to me.

Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O’Keefe is pressing ahead with a felony assault charge that could put a paraplegic grandfather in the slammer for up to 10 years for whacking his 3-year-old granddaughter’s alleged molester with a Louisville slugger after setting a trap for his arrest...

Hebert, left confined to a wheelchair with only partial use of his arms after a car crash in Falmouth a decade ago, was summonsed to Edgartown District Court on March 25 and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. He said he was advised by a judge to get an attorney and is due back in court May 2 for a pretrial conference...

Hebert’s granddaughter is the child of his life partner’s daughter, but he considers her his kin. The child goes by a different name and her mom married the accused last summer.

Hebert claims it was over Christmas that the tot began asking her grandparents to protect her.

On Feb. 22, Hebert said his partner took her daughter and granddaughter, who were visiting, back to the mainland to talk to police, while he lured Hardy to his Mac PC Sales and Service shop in Vineyard Haven.

Hebert said “fear” prompted him to bring a baseball bat to the rendezvous and call state police to back him up.

Hebert said he pointed the bat at Hardy and ordered him to stay seated until police arrived, but Hardy, he said, stood up and laughed at him — and that’s when he used the bat.

Far too often, people feel justified to commit criminal acts in the name of revenge, retribution, or what they believe to be "justice." Such is the case of Danielle Jones Schneider. If you haven't heard about this story, just read on:

It doesn't take long to look through Danielle Schneider's blog and realize that she really doesn't like Patrick Rojas. She has, of course, good reason not to. In 2007 the then-22-year-old pleaded guilty to reduced misdemeanor charges--communication with a minor for immoral purposes--for incidents involving Schneider's 11-year-old daughter. He's free now, and says that her hate blog is keeping him from getting a job. As such, he and his lawyer would like "unspecified damages" to compensate him for his troubles...

In fairness, Schneider's 277 blog posts go back to March 2009, and are vitriolic as they come. The posts blast Rojas, his father Eddie, wife Kathy, a host of clergy members at their church, nearly all of their children, and just about anyone else who's ever associated with them. She writes about where they go, what they do, and whatever rumors she hears. She accuses them of other crimes, though her documentation backing up the claims is typically lacking. At any rate, it's clear that the shaming of Rojas and his clan is something that Schneider is obsessively committed to.
We tend to think people are somehow justified in doing this, but we have a justice system for that. However imperfect it is, it is there to punish criminal behavior.What Rojas did was wrong; however, this does not give John Q. Public free reign to harass Rojas. What Schneider is doing today is harassment, plain and simple, and as such, she is a criminal. It remains to be seen whether a judge will do the right thing and rule against Schneider in light of the rants on both her blog and throughout the internet. Some of her other comments really make me question her integrity (a lot of things simple are not adding up):

The allure of Reality TV

Does anyone remember the "Balloon Boy" hoopla a couple of years ago? It seems like the allure of becoming a reality TV star causes people to do crazy things. Political analyst Andy Ostroy summed up so-called Reality Television quite nicely:

"Reality television is a stain on our society and an insult to culture. It's dumbed-down television at its worst, lowest common-denominator."

Most of the time "Reality TV" is an oxymoron. There is little reality in reality TV. Operation Repo is a dramatization of repos, not actual repos. The chefs in "Iron Chef America" know the ingredients beforehand (I don't care I still love this show). "The Biggest Loser" contestants put their lives at risk by severely restricting calorie intake and intentionally dehydrate to manipulate weight loss numbers. Thank MTV and The Real World for turning a good idea and degrading it into Jerry Springer-style drama.

Despite all this stupidity and asininity, Reality TV is still in high demand. Given the fear-mongering surrounding people listed on the public sex offender registry, it comes as no surprise a few individuals of credible sanity have stepped up to fill a perceived need for pseudo-reality television:

Judy Cornett: By far, Cornett is the worst person given any degree of credibility. Cornett has been on national television and is seen by many as a sort of expert in the field. I see her as at best an armchair quarterback with limited knowledge and an obvious bias. Like many others who decided to exploit their personal tragedies into a business venture, Cornett has forsaken all to win fame even at the expense of her son, who is now serving 25 years in prison for a violent crime. According to Cornett herself, there is a book deal, a motion picture, and a reality show coming. I wonder if any of these ventures will include her son's arrest for attempted murder and aggravated assault. Just remember where her proceeds are going to-- the criminal defense of a man who robbed and shot two people.

John Hoff (a.k.a., "Johnny Northside"): John Hoff is not the first local crime blogger featured here-- after all, we have featured other mentally deficient wannabe crimebloggers Rob Taylor and "Shoalanda" on this very site. So John Hoff thinks a snazzy nickname and a big mouth will net him a reality show. He's taking it one step further by actually filming promos and making a website for his reality show (hXXp://www.evilpinkpony.com/). If his movie actually becomes successful, I'm sure it will all be taken by the various lawsuits filed against him over the past few months, which included Hoff intentionally dodging court process servers. Ironic, huh?

Barbara Farris: Crazy vigilante Barbara Farris is aggressively pimping her own reality show, which, ironically enough, led to a brush with the law. Like Hoff, Farris has been pimping a self-created project, mostly on YouTube. The YouTube campaign is laughable as Farris aggressively screens critical comments and disabled ratings after getting dozens of Thumbs Down ratings for her pathetic videos.

Has anyone noticed a little something about the three stooges here? There is a blatant disregard for the law, aside from the harassment. Cornett justifies her son's violent crime and had the audacity to ask her supporters to pay for his appeal. Hoff posted the residences of registered persons in Minnesota (which is illegal), dodged process servers, and bragged about it. Farris has multiple brushes with the law. They harass former offenders, of course, which would be illegal if it was anyone else. It truly is amazing what people will do for the sake of being a reality star. What's next? Cornett on Dancing with the Stars? Hoff as WWE Champion like that other worthless reality show clown The Miz? But most likely, we'll see Farris on Cops-- as an arrestee!

I don't know what it is about the state of Florida and crazy female vigilantes like Judy Cornet, but that other notorious vigilante, Barbara Farris, is pimping her own reality show. Do we need another reality show after crazy idiots? After all, there's supposed to be a Judy Cornet reality show in the works, there's that idiot bed intruder clown from Alabama getting a reality show, and now, Barbara Farris? Geez. Barbara Farris is a woman who has dedicated her life to protecting children from being violated by pedophiles and predators. Barbara Farris was victimized by her step-father. As he preached the gospel under his big white tent, she and her brother became victims of his abuse, acting out with what Farris now calls the "ripple effect of sexual abuse".

Barbara now faces a war against her own family for speaking out against a rape against her mother by an uncle and her molestation by another uncle.

Barbara was arrested on a falsified warrant that was dismissed by the District Attorney of Coffee County in Alabama, yet the judge who has association with Farris's family decided to pursue this warrant and have her arrested solely to discredit Ms. Farris.

Barbara still stands strong with her organization after having to fight time and time again to keep her cause alive. It's unheard of to be arrested in another state for a misdemeanor crime then actually extradited for that misdemeanor by a sheriff and jailer, and held eight days without bond.

News flash Barbara, you live in the South. Being arrested for a violent crime is not uncommon, nor is being held in jail 8 days while waiting to be bonded out. Your story does not add up. By the way, no mention of her subsequent legal trouble for harassing a sex offender and posting the incriminating video on YouTube.

The reality show is about Barbara now, no longer living as a victim, but as a survivor.

It is not about her but it is about her. What, is she rewriting A Tale of Two Cities? It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. She can't make up her mind. By the way, her group is the "first" of its kind? So the NCMEC, The Jacob Wetterling Foundation, or Stop It Now! came after Just Bee Wary huh?

The staggering statistics of sexual abuse would not be as high as it is today if we could stop sexual abuse, and predators from their abusive acts an effective way. Some criminals live a life of crime that, perhaps if they had never been sexually abused, they would not be living. Abuse falls into 94% of the crime rate, which is primarily from assault, sexual, and mental abuse. It's a proven fact that sexual abuse has a tremendous impact on our crime rate today.

Can haz source material plz? Why is it people who make such crazy claims like Farris cannot quote a valid study? I'm trying to figure out what she's saying here. Is she saying that sexual abuse is responsible for 94% of all crimes? That makes no sense. Sounds more like she's trying to justify her own criminal history.

We wish to make it very clear that Farris is not requesting sympathy from her abuse nor has she asked anyone for anything except to stand behind the fight against predators and pedophiles. It's time to focus on her cause and not her individually.

Barbara Farris has never denied her past, and to this day she stands behind protecting and saving the children across America.

It sounds like not only is Farris trying to elicit sympathy, she's also denying her criminal past. It would be nice if others were given the same dignity Farris is demanding of people. If she wants to condemn others for their pasts then she deserves the same contempt.

I've got a good "Who am I?" this month. I bet no one will guess who this person is, unless these quotes are on the internet. The only clue I'll give is that it is a published book. As far as I know, not member of Perverted-Justice/ Absolute Zero United wrote a book.

The reason I'm adding this here is because PJ/AZU is notorious for pointing fingers at certain people and using sentences generally taken out of context as "proof" of their salacious behavior. The following are direct quotes from a certain individual. Is it a target of PJ/AZU?

For a long time I would drop **** off down the block, do anything not to be seen around her house." [Gee I wonder why?]

Here is a guy with a history of violence, who fought just for the sake of fighting, a man who skipped class, arrogant, rude, corrupted young girls, and was a college guy taking advantage of an impressionable teen girl. So where is the attacks from PJ/AZU?

T-Sand's latest trolling attempt can be found at Corrupted Justice's forums. Clay is the classic troll, merely making comments simply to get a rise out of people. However, his latest trolling attempt is rather ironic. Clay asks,

The REAL question is whether a human being should encourage another human being to commit suicide PERIOD. There is another case making headlines where someone encouraged suicide and is facing up to 15 years for it.

Well it is official! Clay Keys edged out Stitches 77 as the least favorite AZU poster of 2010 and has earned a special AZU version of the 2010 Shiitake Awards! I wonder how Absolute Zero United feels about having a Registered Sex Offender as the unofficial leader of their group.

AZU is a hotbed of hypocrisy, and Clay Keys's presence there is proof of that. Then again, as I've stated at this blog for nearly three years now, AZU is not about "exposing pedophiles" like they claim, it is all about trolling and cyber-bullying, which is something Clay does well. After all, it wasn't that long ago Clay was using Jessica Lunsford's face as an avatar to get under AZU's skin.

The only question now is if Clay will keep the title another year, or if some other AZU schmuck will win next year. Only time will tell.

Rob Taylor has apparently been adding something to that cup that's warping his mind. His latest insane rant has come in the form of a couple of direct emails. He threw a hissy fit because I complained to a website owner over an article where Taylor still insists on referring to me as a child rapist and pedophile. The problem is I was never convicted of rape, nor am I clinically diagnosed with pedophilia. That is what happens when you have elementary school dropouts writing insane rants on private blogs like Red-Alerts. Apparently freedom to Robbie boy means freedom to slander:

Rob Taylor has either a serious case of denial or some really bad eyesight. However, for all the crap he said about Clay Keys in a private email but he's awfully mum about it out in public. You'd think of Robbie wanted to tell T-Sand to "fuck off," he'd do it himself.

SSDD-- Same Shit, Different Design

First, the bad news-- Apparently some former members of Pee-J has repackaged the highly inaccurate Wikisposure information under the new name "Evil Unveiled."

The good news-- it gives those who missed out on suing Pee-J another opportunity to expose these frauds once and for all.

Despite Perverted-Justice's best efforts to deny this fact, Wikisposure was taken down because the info contained in the site was so slanderous and cast such a false light on the victims of Wikisposure made them criminally and civilly liable. Von Erck has been in and out of court over lawsuits, barely escaping a federal lawsuit which was even featured on ABC 20/20. It will be interesting to see if Pee-J can still be held liable for this new website.

On the plus side, the repackaged site has brought back T-Sand's old Wikisposure page:

THE AMAZON BOYCOTT:

AZU has been boycotting them for a while but they were hoping to cash in over the recent news report of a so-called pedophile book on the internet. aside from the fact the story had a lot of holes in it, and the fact Amazon actually pulled the e-book after complaints were filed, AZU has kept this silly boycott idea at the top of their website. There's one little problem with the news story that prompted the latest controversy. Amazon has a feature that allows anyone to write and publish a book. In fact, I have written my own e-Book, available on Amazon. Within 72 hours, your e-Book will be available for the world to see... and buy. No one reads a book in 72 hours, much less the hundreds of thousands of e-Books Amazon has available in it's Kindle store. It is no different in function than Google's Blogspot, which hosts both AZU's blog and this anti-AZU blog. Amazon essentially offers a service that allows people to publish electronically for free (Amazon gets a cut of all book sales, of course). It is silly to expect Amazon.com to play censor to everyone's whims. Hell, if I had my way, I'd have ever copy of Anna Salter's crappy book burned but I doubt a boycott would achieve anything.

BOYCOTT DISNEY/ ABC's 20/20

First off, the original beef was with John Stossel, who now works with FOX. The original beef was because John Stossel aired a show in which former PJ/AZU troll Barbara "Petra Luna" Ochoa made a complete drunken ass of herself on TV. They created a blog to attack Disney, which owns ABC, in retaliation. To justify their attacks, they post any arrests of Disney workers for any sex crimes, like THIS ONE, a worker who allegedly molested a girl while wearing a Tigger costume. There is just one little detail they missed. THE MAN WAS ACQUITTED ON ALL CHARGES!

A former nurse pleaded not guilty today to charges that he encouraged two people to commit suicide.
Prosecutors say William Melchert-Dinkel, 48, of Faribault, posed as a young female nurse on the Internet and offered sympathy, emotional support and instructions on suicide methods to urge others to end their lives.

In two cases, they did: Nadia Kajouji, 18, of Brampton, Ontario, and Mark Drybrough, 32, of Coventry, England, killed themselves after they corresponded online with Melchert-Dinkel, according to a criminal complaint filed in Rice County District Court.

Defense attorney Terry Watkins entered the plea on behalf of his client. He also moved that the case be dismissed on the grounds that the state of Minnesota lacks jurisdiction because the alleged suicide messages were received in England and Canada.

Rice County Attorney G. Paul Beaumaster, who is prosecuting the case, disagreed.

"The gist of the crime is the encouraging, the advice" regarding suicide, he said.

Rice County District Judge Thomas Neuville directed both sides to submit a memorandum on the issue by Dec. 10, and said he would take the matter under advisement Dec. 13. He has 60 days to make a decision after that.

Last week, the judge denied Melchert-Dinkel's motion to dismiss the charges on the grounds that the Internet communications were protected free speech.

Watkins asked the judge today to send that question to the state Court of Appeals. Neuville will take that under advisement as well.

A trial date has not yet been set. In the meantime, Beaumaster told the court that he and Watkins have been talking about meeting for a settlement conference.

On his way out of the courthouse, Melchert-Dinkel did not respond to reporters as he walked to his car.

Minnesota officials began investigating the case in March 2008. St. Paul police Sgt. William Haider, on assignment with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, got information from a British woman that an "online predator" was encouraging people to hang themselves, according to the criminal complaint filed April 23.

Celia Blay of England told police the "predator" went by the online names "li dao," "falcon girl," and "cami." She said his real name was Bill Melchert-Dinkel.

Online Advice / In his Nov. 9 order denying Melchert-Dinkel's motion to dismiss the case, the judge included chilling excerpts of the online conversations.

An undated message from Mark Drybrough, posted to a suicide chat room, read:

"Does anyone have details of hanging methods where there isn't access to anything high up to tie the rope to...."

"Li dao" wrote back on July 1, 2005:

"Depending on how tall you are, preferably under 6 feet tall, you can easily hang from a door using the knob on one side to tie the rope to, sling it over the top of the door, attach the noose or loop to yourself then step off and hang successfully... It is very effective. I have trialed it 5 times now with very good results so I am using it for certain when I go."

"Li dao" to Drybrough, July 19, 2005: "I was going to ask you if there is a time line involved with your desire to die... I want to very badly and plan to soon but will stay here for you as long as possible. ... I have had several other friends I have communicated with that are suicidal ... (one) asked me if I could be with him when he died ... he had a web cam and asked if he could hang himself to death while I watched him on the web cam ... I realized he lived alone yada yada and did not want to die alone. In the end I watched him go and it was very peaceful and I was pretty pleased I could make this guy's last moments special for him... **hugs** Li."

Drybrough, July 23, 2005: "Hi, Li. I'm still here, I've had a few days where I've been feeling very ill, physically and mentally. ... It was good of you to write back, thank you... I keep holding on to the hope that things might change. Caught between being suicidal and considering it..."

Drybrough killed himself four days later. His sister found him hanging from a rope attached to a ladder.

'I Can Die Then Easily' / According to police, Nadia Kajouji, 18, also corresponded with Melchert-Dinkel, who referred to himself as "Cami."

One of their online chats, from March 6, 2008:

Cami: Umm, not too good hun, still suicidal, pretty bad... I've seen every method used at work as an emergency ward nurse. I know what does and don't work so that is why I chose hanging ...
Nadia: I am planning to attempt this Sunday.
Cami: Wow OK you want to use hanging too? Or can u?
Nadia: I'm going to jump.
Cami: Well, that is OK but most people puss out before doing that ...
Nadia: I want it to look like an accident. There's a bridge over the river where there's a break in the ice. The water is really rough right now and it should carry me back under the ice so I can't come up for air. And if drowning doesn't get me, hopefully hypothermia will.
Cami: OK otherwise I was gonna suggest hanging...
Nadia: I'll have my skates on. Hopefully it'll look like I fell through somewhere upstream.
Cami: OK I hope it works.... If you wanted to do hanging we could have done it together online so it would not have been so scary for you...
Nadia: Well if I puss out, I think we should do that.
Cami: OK that sounds good. I'm off Monday too. I can die then easily or any time for that matter. I want to bad. I got rope and stuff ready. Do you have a web cam?
Nadia: Yes.

They chatted again March 9, 2008. Nadia Kajouji told her roommate later that night that she was going skating.

Her body was found April 20, 2008, in the Rideau River in Ottawa near the university that she attended.

Wikisposure has officially bit the dust, according to the head rat of Pee-J himself, Xavier Von Erck.

I took the step of removing Wikisposure tonight. It was not due to any legal situation or threats, but rather the project, which had been running several years, saw intense volunteer burnout which led to issues between volunteers and inevitably, drama.

Without a strong team of volunteer researchers updating the content on the site, the project was unsupportable and therefore I've removed the project from the PJFI.org list of websites.

Thanks to all of those who contributed to the research and convictions over the years. Your work was appreciated and made a real difference.

The staff over at corrupted-justice has called bullshit on Von Erck's proclamation. More than likely someone finally got an attorney and is ready to bury Pee-J in litigation. The heyday of TCAP is long gone and the money and interest has run dry. I have to laugh at AZU since they wasted so much time and felt so proud of themselves for their Wikisposure "outings."

Paul Harvey is a radio personality best known for his segment called "The Rest of the Story." Well here is my impersonation.

TSand/ Clay Keys/ Roar for Truth and the stalker known as Logue Hater are so obsessed with me they can't stop talking about me. In addition to impersonating me on AZU's blog and dedicate their blogs to trying to defame me, they recently decided to mock my mother's death on the Times Daily Forum. It is nothing new, given their past comments on AZU. Logue Hater even went so far as mock my mother's name by using the screen name "Burn Ye Bryant." They are quite sickening and disgusting, and they continuously prove their depravity knows no bounds.

Not content with mocking my mother's death, they have decided to make a claim I "harassed a Sheffield resident." Funny, Logue Hater lives in the Cleveland area. Did he move into town? Well if you believe TSand, then Logue Hater ran back to Ohio with his tail tucked between his legs. What they failed to mention is they sent a nasty message in order to get a response:

Barbara Farris at it again

As reported here a few months ago, vigilante scumbag Barbara Farris of the "Bee Squad" was arrested for MENACING in Alabama. Unfortunately this vigilante scum was not brought to justice for stalking and harassing others, and it has empowered her to continue her campaign of harassment. She was even brazen enough to post it up on YouTube. She should be arrested for harassment, or even impersonating a police officer!

There is no restriction on family members of registrants decorating their apartments. Secondly, she had no business getting in the man's face like that. Third, Florida has been long overdue to pass an anti-vigilante bill. In fact, it seems the state of Florida encourages such sick behavior! If she came to my door I would have either called the cops or I would have defended myself appropriately.

A very good article on the dangerous sexual predator and bully Clay Keys. Hey Clay, has it ever occurred to you that you can't bully me? Good luck with that civil commitment thing, by the way. I recently asked him to "set an example," since he claims I'm unremorseful, by apologizing to his victim and admit he did wrong.

He does not feel the need to apologize for causing harm to his victim, while AZU welcomes him with open arms. Funny, the only AZU troll in the past year who even called T-Sand on any past behavior was Static, who also felt it was okay for T-Sand to keep past attacks up. AZU is enabling his bullying tactics to continue.

T-Sand is indeed a monster of the worst kind. Clay Keys, a.k.a. T-Sand/ Roar for Truth, is a person who landed on the sex offender registry for violently raping a child. Instead of owning up to his crimes, he has decided to pretend it never happened (denial) and plays "pedo-hunter" (projection). He already displays two classic cognitive distortions just in his "about me" section on his blog.

T-Sand's behavior is worrisome because he takes pleasure in watching others suffer. Recently he mocked the suffering of a mother who may have cancer, high-fiving Doh-dia Fae and talking about how "karma is a bitch." Today he's decided to continue his obsession with me and revel in my moment of despair. T-Sand still shows a lack of empathy, which is a significant risk factor in recidivism. It is ironic coming from the same guy who was using a picture of Jessica Lunsford as an avatar back when he was attacking AZU. How did the Florida Risk Assessment Board miss this lack of empathy? And unlike me, there was actual violence involved in T-Sand's crime.

T-Sand is a lot like Mark Foley. While Foley was running on a child safety platform and signing the Adam Walsh on one hand, he was sending sexual chats to teenage pages with the other hand. With T-Sand's lack of empathy, a pattern of attacking others, and denial of his own status, he's likely offending today, and AZU is enabling his destructive behavior. They, as usual, turn a blind eye to signs of his imminent re-offense so long as he is attacking those they hate. Like we need any more reasons to celebrate AZU's demise.

Bloviating Zepplin has the old AZU blog on life support at the moment and I could not be happier. I'm sure the evil ones will pop up again sometimes but it the break in the action has been refreshing. The concept of protecting the internet from active "pedophiles" may be a noble goal, but there was nothing noble about AZU's actions.

The main problem with AZU was fanaticism coupled with a lack of basic human comprehension. They were witch hunters that accused anyone that was not like them a witch. They could not differentiate between a man who was rolling online for children and a grieving mother of a teen caught up in a firestorm of ludicrous sex offender laws for having consensual sex with a younger teen.

Dodia Fae is a good example of stupidity. Recently Dodia Fae put this crap up on her Facebook page, which was repeated on T-Sand's Roar For Lies blog:

I thought this might be an isolated incident but then I got curious and looked at DF's FB page:

Chris Hansen -- the host of NBC's infamous child sex scandal exploitation show To Catch A Predator -- was not arrested for child molestation. Yet "chris hansen arrested for child molestation" is a "volcanic"-level trending Google search, currently ranked in the top spot. How did this happen and what does 4Chan's kind deed from yesterday have to do with it?
First, it's worth knowing that To Catch A Predator has long been a subject of heavy media scrutiny and external police investigations centering around the people baiting the "predator" into being arrested. Most of this reporting on the show was fired off by a started with a September 2007 Esquire profile of a suicide that resulted from the show by Luke Dittrich. The lawsuit against NBC regarding the man the Esquire profile centered around, Bill Conradt, who killed himself after he was featured on the show, was for $105M and was settled by NBC in 2008. The major grievance against the show centers around the idea that NBC is encouraging men to pose as men trying to have sex with minors, thus resulting in a roundabout entrapment. Hansen, who is the host of the show, has also been reported on throughout these investigations.
So of course, it would be nothing short of incredibly shocking if Chris Hansen were to ever be arrested for the kind of crime these vigilantes go after on the show. Which is why, if you were to see on Google that the top search for right now is "chris hansen arrested for child molestation," you'd be pretty shocked. Well, he hasn't been, and its been confirmed by multiple news outlets.

Supposedly, this search originated from the arrest of this guy, James William Hansen, who was, in fact, arrested in Cedar Rapids, Iowa last night for "inappropriate sexual contact" with minors. Reportedly, Hansen's Wikipedia was changed by a prankster to reflect that he, too, had been arrested. Thus, the Google Trending and viral nature of the meme.
So what does mischievous, anonymous message board 4Chan have to do with this? Take a look:

The only related search to "chris hansen arrested for child molestation" is "William J. Lashua," which is the name of the 90 year-old war veteran that 4Chan decided to bomb with positive, happy birthday mail yesterday in a separate viral meme that yielded us wondering whether or not 4Chan was becoming "nice" yesterday after showing their "sweeter" side. We weren't the only ones, because Adrian Chen at Gawker -- whose writings about the viciousness of 4Chan's notorious "/b" board caused 4Chan members to declare war on Gawker and Chen (thereafter bombarding Chen with hate mail and at one point, actually bringing the massive gossip news site down) -- wrote about 4Chan yet again last night, about the same "William J. Lashua" meme we covered yesterday afternoon. Chen's headline?

Looks like Mark Lunsford has cooked up yet another Get Rich Quick Scheme (TM). As a charter member of yet another group, the "Surviving Parents Coalition," Inc., Lunsford is a part of the "Ride For Their Lives," coming to a major city near you. So what is the purpose, exactly? Well it is pretty simple. Read it for yourself:

The purpose of The Ride For Their Lives is to raise more than $1,000,000 to help walk the halls of congress to advocate for laws that protect our children. The Surviving Parents Coalition focus changes to meet the ever present need to prevent predatory crimes against children and young adults.

COMMENT: So let me get this straight. The purpose of "The Ride" is to raise a million bucks or more so Lunsford can have cocktails with Congressmen who already blindly support his legislation? Does it really cost THAT much to hang around in DC for a few days? I only spent $500 for a five day conference in DC back in 1996 when I was in college and that included my airfare and my hotel stay, and a couple of souvenirs. Damn, inflation is something else.

So what are they planning on doing in DC? They were at least kind enough to explain:

1. Mandatory DNA testing upon arrest:

Oh great. They support more Big Brother legislation. I wonder if they'll be the first in line to give their DNA to the beast.

Ok. First off, why would Lungsfull lobby for a law ALREADY PASSED AND FUNDED? And where do these crazy stats come from? Do you think Lunsford is aware the law passed yet?

3. The Adam Walsh Act

See #2. What the hell has Lunsford been doing all this time? Okay, I'll explain s-l-o-w-l-y in case Lungsfull ever reads this. THE AWA PASSED 4 YEARS AGO, AND BARACK HUSSEIN OSAMA FUNDED THIS STUPID BILL! Again, why waste a million dollars to send someone to lobby a bill already passed and funded? Of course, most states found implementing AWA has been a disaster.

4. Child safety initiative

Now see, I have no problems with education and prevention. However, will this education tell kids not to sext or have relations with each other lest they land on the registry? Of course, there have been such programs in place for years, but people do not utilize them.

Ohio is just one of the states they will ride through. Ohio has DNA testing already. Big whoop. They're also AWA compliant. Again, big whoop. Since the Ohio Supreme Court ruled retroactive application of SB 10 (their version of the AWA), I wonder if Ohio is still technically "compliant."

This is where it gets kooky. Their stat page claims Ohio has "100,624 known sex offenders." Wow. They must have something the NCMEC doesn't because the latest stats from the NCMEC show there are just under 20,000 Registered Sex Offenders in Ohio.

The site suggests the Protect Act stats are from the ICAC though there is no study that suggests anything like they are suggesting. However, even with my limited knowledge of the internet, I'm fully aware of the use of viruses to infect PCs with child porn, sometimes even as a set-up. Lunsford should know since a news article had reported it days after his daughter's death. Considering how we let John McCain, a man who admittedly cannot use a computer, much less understand the internet, pass laws restricting the internet. Well crap, that means I could write and pass laws on combatting Nuclear Proliferation.

One activist for the rights of Former Offenders attended the Chicago event. It seems there were only about 30 people who attended, he being one of them. If you want a play by play, you can listen to the play by play on the August 28 "Open Mic Night" on ARC Radio.

AZU has gotten a bit too predictable, as predictable as that guy I play EA's NCAA football with on occassion who picks the "Hail Mary" pass virtually every play. With AZU, it has been the exact same song and dance every year. AZU takes off during the summer, comes back sometime towards the end of summer, and promises they have a "BIG surprise" waiting for me, only to offer up nothing. I'm still waiting for that big surprise from 2008. I have yet to be surprised. Impersonation? Following me around the internet? Anonymous emails and 3 am phone calls? Blogs dedicated to slandering me? They tried that and failed to stop my activism. Ironically, all they've managed to do is increase my desire to offer the truth about sex offender laws.

As an aside, why is it there is never a screenshot from these so-called boy-love/ girl-love blogs from AZU? Do they even exist, or are they sock puppet sites created to give AZU a false air of relevance, much like that fake war with Canada in "Canadian Bacon?" Shoalanda sews more hate and stupidity

The crew at wannabe crime blog "Shoalanda Speaks" is a pime example of stupidity. The only thing worse than her stupidity, in which she makes no effort to hide her hate, is the fact that Google Blogspot allows it on their blogs:

When last we visited Sheffield, the Alabama Public Safety Registry listed 27 Sexual Offenders/Predators as residents. We've heard the theory that such numbers are skewed by zip codes extending beyond city limits, but that can hardly be the case in this land-locked Colbert County town.

Among those listed are ****, now deceased, and *****, currently incarcerated in the Lauderdale County Detention Center. Joining the exodus as of Wednesday is *****, who on September 20, 2002, forced sexual contact on a 10 year-old female.

*****, who while awaiting trial managed to commit Third Degree Robbery later that year, served five years for Sexual Abuse and was released on April 29, 2007. Since that time, he has been living with his sister ****** on Dover Avenue, just one block north of bustling Second Street.

Now ***** has been arrested in Tuscumbia for a laundry list of crimes, including lying about his identity. If these Colbert County charges aren't enough to put him away for the immediate future, he also faces charges in Bibb County.

Three down and 24 to go...

It is a chilling post from Shoalanda. RSO #1 was murdered last year, the second was arrested for a misdemeanor non-sex offense related charge of B&E of a business, and apparently RSO #3 was arrested for a failure to register instead of a sex crime. Not exactly a sexual abuse epidemic when there is no sexual abuse arrests, huh? Three down and 24 to go, by the way, sounds like a sick statement by someone getting off on another's misfortunes, much like AZU has done over the years.

I may be a bit bit biased about privately-run gossip blogs try to pass themselves off as legitimate journalism. However, they apparently got enough complaints from REAL journalists that Troll-anda has now added the following little disclaimer:

I was watching Fox News this morning when I saw notorious vigilante advocate Mark Lunsford on TV commenting on GA's repeal of certain sex offender laws. Listening to Mark Lunsford is never a pleasurable experience, but his goes off on plea deals piqued my interest:

This statement is very ironic. It was not too long ago his son, Joshua Lunsford, was arrested and tried for two felony charges of sexual molestation of a minor. Granted, the guy was 18 with a 14 year old girlfriend, but the fact remains it was a crime and a person without Lunsford's connections would be on the sex offender registry today. Joshua Lunsford pled to a misdemeanor charge of sexual conduct with a minor. Instead of receiving up to 18 months in jail, Joshia got 10 days, some rehab, and avoided the sex registry.

Almost five years ago, we published an article entitled "Is the perverted-justice jury biased?". In the article, we provided a list of quotes from postings written by the members and staff at perverted-justice.com. The purpose of the article was to raise awareness regarding issues of drug use and the psychological and mental stability issues prevalent among the volunteers at perverted-justice who were acting as self-appointed cops, judges and juries of those they targeted.

It has always been our firm belief that anyone involved in any pursuit that has the potential to have a lasting negative impact on someone else's life must be held to a higher standard of accountability and trustworthiness. Police undergo rigorous psychological testing, training and continuous counselling to ensure they are fit for the duties we, as citizens, request of them. Drug use is not tolerated, and thorough, professional treatment and counselling is mandatory for those who find themselves in need. Under such circumstances, a police officer would certainly be temporarily suspended from duties that required trust and public confidence.

As with the article five years ago, the point of this article is not to "show how crazy PJers are" or anything of the sort. Our intention is not to mock or identify anyone who suffers from mental disorders or who has suffered abuse. We are very much aware that many people who have been diagnosed with mental illness or have suffered abuse go on to lead productive, fulfilling lives. Rather, the point of this article is to ask the question:

"Given the circumstances, is it likely that these people, people who could potentially ruin someone's life, have the ability to make fair, impartial, error-free judgements regarding those they target?"

The decision to do this came when I described the anxiety to my father, who is also taking Lexapro. I can't sleep, and it takes excruciating mental energy to set out to do even the most modest task. I frequently panic when little things go wrong.

First of all, I would like to thank T-Sand for proving once and for all how people like "Shoalanda Speaks" and others who allegedly abhor sex offenders but yet compromises those alleged principles when she wishes to attack someone, a la Absolute Zero United.

Meet "Shoalanda Speaks." Probably every town has one of these local personal opinion blogs of area events and politics, along with a local "crime blog." These people, much like a certain Ohio online new rag (*cough*Rusty*Big 3 News*cough*), are not legitimate news reporters, merely someone who has a blog and an opinion. No matter how legit they try to be (like Big 3 News making its site looking like the local news station sites), the simple fact is, they are not. "Shoalanda Speaks" is one of those kind of people. Unlike the REAL news, people like Shoalanda do not rely on stuff like credible sources or ethical reporting.

A few weeks ago, Shoalanda wrote an article attacking me. I'm rather used to it because of my line of work in addition to hosting this fact blog on AZU's tactics, but this time I felt threatened because #1 I felt legitimately threatened by her blog (I'm not too keen on people who feel we should be branded), #2, Shoalanda relied on Wikisposure as a legit reference (a reporter's faux pas), and #3, she posts a picture of someone who has absolutely nothing to do with my case whatsoever and made her a potential targetfor dumb fucks who probably don't realize we've been divorced since the mid-90s, a year and a half BEFORE my arrest (Thanks again to T Sand for showing more examples of his lack of reading comprehension).

Not content with her stupidity, Shoalanda blatantly defended her actions and made the mistake of recruiting TSand in her personal attack, forwarding emails which has landed on his blog.

Family members said they were told that Joseph Heverin, 22, whose muscle control had deteriorated to the point where he often fell and had to be put in a wheelchair, choked to death on a sandwich at Dover Behavioral Health Systems. "He was dead when he got to the hospital," said Heverin's brother, Paul Vrem.

Vrem said he learned of his brother's death after driving to Dover Behavioral to pick him up for a dental appointment. "They told me that he had choked on a grilled cheese sandwich and that they were administering CPR," Vrem said. DBHS chief operating officer William Weaver and other clinic officials did not immediately return telephone messages seeking comment.

Colin Faulkner, director of public safety for Kent County, said paramedics were dispatched to Dover Behavioral Health shortly before 12:30 p.m. in response to a report of a person choking. "It would appear that he went into cardiac arrest, full arrest, as the result of an unresolved choking incident," Faulkner said. Jay Lynch, a spokesman for the state Department of Health and Social Services, confirmed Heverin's death.

Heverin's mother, Dianne Vrem, said Dover Behavioral officials kept family members in a waiting room until Heverin had been taken away by ambulance, and that Kent General officials also refused her request to be with her son. "I just wanted to hold him and let him know that his mom was there," she said.

A spokeswoman for Kent General did not immediately return a telephone message Monday afternoon. Last week, Heverin was the subject of an Associated Press article describing the bureaucratic limbo in which his criminal past and his disease — an incurable, degenerative neurological disorder that also killed his father and other family members — had left him.

Officials at Dover Behavioral, a short-stay psychiatric facility where Heverin had been admitted last summer for treatment of depression, had sought and received court permission to discharge him, arguing that he is not mentally ill. He remained at the facility as his guardianship case worked its way through the court system.

Even though a court declared Heverin "a disabled person" who was "unable to act in his own best interest," health and social service officials refused to place him in state-run long-term care facility. They argued that he was neither developmentally disabled nor mentally ill. The primary reason for their opposition, however, was that Heverin was a registered sex offender. He had twice been convicted of unlawful sexual contact, incidents that his supporters believe stemmed from the effects of Huntington's disease, a hereditary disorder that has been linked with inappropriate sexual behavior.

Here's members of AZU doing what they do best, impersonating people. They make fake profiles of people and post under their names. Makes you wonder how much stuff that goes on there that is simply made up by AZU. After all, they never truly allow opposing opinions at AZU. Go there and try it out if you don't believe me. It makes me wonder if ANY posts presented at AZU are ever true. Of course, they do they very things they whine about others doing. AZU always points an accusing finger at sex offender activists, stating they should "accept responsibility for their actions" and to shut up. Yet, not one AZU member mentioned that their buddy Judy Cornett is trying to solicit funds to overturn her son's conviction. No one at AZU has stated "Judy, man up and accept responsibility and stop lobbying for your criminal son." No one at AZU has said, "Hey Judy, you're justifying and nimimizing your son's bad behavior. Of course not. I wonder where Judy was while her son was turning to a life of crime. Hell, maybe he read enough of the crap AZU writes there to feel justified in trying to take another man's life. And Judy was too busy harassing area sex offenders to care. I wonder if Judy spent any time warning her neighborhood of the gangbangers her son affiliated with.

But if you DO hear a peep out of them, it is to say that Judy's son's a victim. He was a victim of a sex crime years ago. However, does that excuse him from obeying the law years later? AZU certainly thinks so. I suppose they'll claim Judy's son's victim was a sex offender.

Stitches makes four key distortions in her tirade. Perhaps her desire to attack Mary made her sloppy. Stitches misquotes a study, as usual, clipping what she thinks backs her up. And of course, since she sees all sex offenders (except Static and TSand) as subhuman, she forgets that she's talking not about a registered sex offender, but someone NOT on a registry.

It's all a simple formula. Target makes statement, Stitches hates target, if Stitches hates Target, then Target must be a liar, which means Target's statement is untrue.

Stitches forgets one important part of her argument. In addition to trying too hard (and failing miserably) to try to prove her wrong, she forgets to do her research. Funny thing is, she accuses Mary of being such a "bad" influence and a red flag, while studies show a primary trigger for relapse is stress caused by-- what else? -- vigilantes like Stitches harassing, threatening, and attacking registrants.

Allow us to dissect the distortions.

#1: Pope: What does it mean to speak of child protection when pornography and violence can be viewed in so many homes through media widely available today?

AZU Read: Its society's fault when a pedophile molests a kid because after all pornography and violence can be seen in the media.

Truth: The Pope is addressing the fact that violence and pornography is so prevalent in our society that it has a negative influence on our behavior, which increases the likelihood of sexual offending to occur in society. AZU forgets that some people, such as REAL victim's rights groups, seek to address the root causes of sexual offending. Most researchers, including those AZU use in justifying their views, agree that our environment does negatively impact sexual offending behavior. That is not placing the blame, AZU, it is called identifying a problem area. In order to address root causes, we must look at aggravating factors and identify them. Using AZU's distorted logic, if you admit there is evil in the world, you support evil. Weird, huh?

#2 Pope: Those who "have experienced shame over what has occurred" deserve guidance and support.

AZU Read: Its the offenders we need to focus on and stop worrying about those pesky victims.

They didn't bother even giving a direct quote. Offenders and victims alike need to address the gravity of what has happened and pursue ways to heal from this terrible tragedy. AZU sees it as shifting focus "away from victims." Really? Victims experienced shame over what has happened to them. AZU does not believe in guidance and support for crime victims.
